Company

Reward Super Pty Ltd is a Sydney based private company founded in January 2009. As an independent self-funded organisation it introduces newly developed innovative web-based solutions to the Financial Services and Accounting sectors in Australia.

As technologists we do not provide accounting, administration, auditing, financial planning or outsourcing services.

Our independence gives us the freedom to focus solely on the needs of our clients and to do what we do best; providing top quality web-based productivity tools for our clients.

Our web applications have been designed and implemented as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the Internet featuring maximum scalability, security, integration with other web and non-web systems and ease of use.

Management team

RewardSuper is run by a small but effective team of individuals developing our systems and serving our customers. We expect our company to grow over time with the success of our products and services in the Australian marketplace.

Wolf Schumacher

Director

Wolf looks back at 20 years of designing and building business information systems for organisations of all sizes and situated in different industries. Business solutions, which he has been responsible for, always meet client requirements and their business objectives. Wolf is the lead author and business architect of our RewardSuper solutions. He has a passion for the Internet and believes that all business systems will eventually involve the Internet in one way or another. Consequently all RewardSuper solutions have been architected and implemented as true Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) systems, which meet the commercial, security and information needs of our customers.

Tony Markham

National Business Development Manager

Tony's career as an educator, consultant and project manager at the forefront of technology adoption has seen him developing a valuable skill set in building long-term client relationships and supporting positive change. Tony understands that time efficiency, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence is the currency of superior client service and support. Tony's enthusiasm for our customer value proposition and our innovation focus is compelling as is his desire to ensure that our clients' experience with us is second to none.

Sylva Pechackova

Senior Consultant and Support Manager

Sylva successfully led teams of Self-Managed Superfund administrators, accountants and auditors. Her attention to detail, data quality control and client service excellence marked her career when she joined RewardSuper as a Senior RSDataWeb consultant. Sylva is passionate about RSDataWeb and actively contributes to the further development of our products and services founded on extensive user experiences. Sylva consults with our clients and regularly performs live presentations and user training sessions on site and over the web.

Maria Wagenblast

Head of Product and Service Development

Maria is in charge of software development at RewardSuper. She looks back at very successful years of building cutting-edge web and non-web business systems. Maria is a master of agile development methods, which help her to meet development targets and concentrate on clients' information needs. Throughout her career Maria has always worked in high transaction volume, database driven and interface intensive Business / IT environments, which are key elements of RewardSuper's business solutions' architectures. Maria never loses contact to clients' practical needs and together with her team of software developers actively pursues user training and presentation roles.
